White Chocolate No-Bake Cookies
White chocolate no-bake cookies are an ideal dessert for anyone who loves marshmallows and white chocolate.
These no-bake white chocolate cookies are especially suitable for children since they can help you prepare them. Besides spending time together, they will learn cooking skills that will be useful to them in the future.
Even if you don’t have kids and simply have a sweet tooth, these no-bake white chocolate cookies are amazing.
There are dozens of recipes for no-bake cookies, but we wanted to switch things up by making a recipe made with white chocolate instead of regular chocolate.
What Is White Chocolate?
White chocolate is made up of 55% sugar, 20% vegetable lard, 14% milk solids, and 3.5% milkfat.
Lard is the main ingredient in white chocolate and has a melting point high enough to keep white chocolate solid at room temperature.
White chocolate does not have the nutritional benefits of cocoa, but the flavor is so delicious that I try to use it as many times as I can when baking treats.
Ingredients For No-Bake White Chocolate Cookies
Besides white chocolate, these no-bake cookies also contain old fashioned oats, oat flour, sugar, marshmallows, milk, and vanilla essence.
The amount of sugar you add to the mix will depend on the type of white chocolate you use.
Each piece of white chocolate, on average, has more than half its weight in sugar. So, taste the mixture before adding the sugar, and then add the sugar little by little to avoid overly sweet cookies.
The Best Flavor Combinations With White Chocolate
We love vanilla for many reasons. Vanilla has a very classic flavor and can be found in almost all supermarkets.
If you don’t want to use vanilla extract or essence, then another delicious option is to use almond essence.
If you don’t have either of the above, you can also use lemon zest. Lemons are almost always stocked in almost all kitchens. Zesting lemons is fast, simple, and cheap. The citrus flavor is perfect when paired with white chocolate.

In a mixing bowl, place the milk, vanilla, and white chocolate. Stir it a little and put it in the microwave in the defrost function for ten seconds.

Microwave the bowl again for another 15 seconds, until the marshmallows are melted.

Step 7: Dollop the mixture onto a tray with an ice cream scoop or large spoon.
Take care to arrange the cookies with a space of at least three centimeters between each other.

Store the tray in the fridge for about 2 hours. Then, peel the cookies off the tray and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
