Tips For The Cheesy Ramen Noodles
The cheesy ramen noodles are very easy to make, but here are some of my tips to make them perfect every time:
- Make sure you boil your milk. This is important because boiling milk will make it a bit thicker but also help develop the flavors of spices.
- When adding your cheese, make sure you do it with the heat turned off. This will prevent our cheese from sticking to the bottom of your pan when it gets too hot. Since most dairy ingredients melt easily, I recommend using residual heat from the milk.
- If you want a thick sauce, you can add in some cornstarch slurry. Mix 1 tsp of cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and add into the milk mixture.
How To Serve Cheesy Noodles?
Make sure you serve noodles warm. When it comes to toppings, you can use:
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped spring onions
- Sriracha sauce
- Furikake seasoning
- Chili-garlic oil
- Or garlic oil

- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions.
2. In a separate sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add milk and chili powder. Bring the milk to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer the milk for 2 minutes.
4. Add cooked and drained ramen noodles and add cheese.
5. Remove the noodles from the heat and give it a good stir.
6. Serve noodles warm, garnished with parsley or desired garnish.
